Attorney

Dave graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1999. He served a judicial clerkship with the late Presiding Justice Michael D. Sullivan. He then joined Erik M. Lowrey, Tom Fortner, and the late Robert “Bob” R. Marshall at Lowrey & Fortner, P.A., in Hattiesburg, MS. Dave opened his own business and has served the MS Gulf Coast since January 2012.

Dave practices exclusively in family law, with over twenty years of experience before Chancellors in the Eighth, Tenth, and Sixteenth Chancery Court Districts, as well as the Mississippi Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.

Before his studies at the Cumberland School of Law, Dave earned a Master of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Swansea University in the United Kingdom.

About Victoria Pumford, MBA

Director of Operations | Litigation Paralegal

Victoria serves as the Director of Operations and Litigation Paralegal. She has an MBA degree in business management, finance, and operations from the University of Southern Mississippi and an advanced business management certificate from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. Victoria earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from William Carey University.

Victoria began her career in the year 2000 as a trained litigation paralegal. Within her first year of practice, she stepped into her first managerial role. She has twenty-five years of experience in management and litigation support roles, and she has been the Director of Operations with Pumford Law, PLLC, since its opening in 2012.
